About Me
Based in New York City, born in Bogotá, I am not a stranger to chaos and finding beauty in it. My Sundays are dedicated to Formula 1, even though DRS is still a mystery to me.
I bring a critical eye to the everyday life, get curious about people, strike up conversations with random strangers—whether it's a personal trainer at the gym or an Uber driver—just to figure out what makes us tick as humans.
I solve problems by breaking them down in simple, clear and inspiring ways that lays the foundation for great ideas. I love this industry, but I love the good people in it more. For me, leadership isn’t about proving your place; it’s about owning your strengths and helping others discover theirs. I thrive on building teams, culture and healthy relationships, all while helping people stay authentic authentic and create work they’re proud of.
